This Privacy Policy explains how Iftekhar LLC ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your information when you use our mobile application, "3D Print Farm Simulator" (the "App"), available on the Google Play Store for Android devices. Iftekhar LLC does not store any of your personal data on our servers. All data collected by third-party advertising services is stored, retained, and handled by Google in accordance with their respective privacy policies and retention schedules.
Our App is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information. Additionally, we use settings configuration for AdMob to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), which restricts personalized advertising for users known to be children.
If you are a California resident, you have certain rights regarding your personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). This includes the right to know what personal data is collected and the right to request deletion of your personal data. You also have the right to opt-out of the "sale" of your personal information.
